Almodarr's Grand Illusion is sure to put you into the spirit of the season.
 HALLOWEEN HAPPENINGS features eerie effects and ghoulish Gothic gallivantings, hosted by your 
macabre masters of mysterious magic, Baron and Baroness von Steelgrave.  All good clean fun, with an appropriate
amount of silly spookiness--we'll even float an unsuspecting audience member in the air!
Family-oriented and frighteningly delicious.  Tricks and treats galore!

(Unfortunately, this photo is a little blurry...but it will give you an idea of how the stage is set for this program.
The auditorium stage above is approx. 60' wide--our staging and equipment filled nearly all its width.)

Requires a set up time of 2 hours, and a take-down time of 1 1/2 hours.
Also requires a minimum performance space 20' wide x 15' deep x 10' tall, and an electrical outlet.

These two photos depict The Steelgraves performing one of the classic illusions of magic, Metamorphosis.
Angelique is placed inside the trunk, the trunk is then
locked; Almodarr stands on top of the trunk and raises a curtain that surrounds the trunk.  He lifts the curtain
over his head, the curtain quickly descends, and the
audience sees that Angelique is standing on top of the trunk...while Almodarr is now locked inside. The change,
or "metamorphosis", is almost instantaneous--and very,
very cool!  (Of course, as you can see,
Angelique does let Almodarr out of the trunk!)
