So you'd like more than just a magic show for
your child's birthday party? You're not alone!
With the popularity of Harry Potter, Wizards, Pirates, Princesses, and the like,
more and more kids
are asking for something extra-special for their birthdays. Almodarr's
Grand Illusion is pleased to
present our wonderful "character-themed" parties! Available are:
Pirate
Party, Princess Party,
Wizard
Party, and Magic Party
Both Almodarr and Angelique will arrive and perform in
character, and appropriately attired. As the ONLY magical duo
in
the region, we are the only ones who can offer you a magical birthday party experience this extraordinary.
Almodarr the Pirate
Captain makes an adorable bunny appear from an empty pan,
as his "scurvy
crew" looks on in amazement!
The show itself is much more elaborate as well,
consisting of great magic that fits the theme
of your party, appropriate music, a small "stage setting", magic with
doves, and one larger illusion that can be
done right in your home--the Birthday Child will be suspended in mid-air!! Almodarr and Angelique are both experienced
theatrical performers, so it's not
just two folks "dressed up"...it's a chance for your child and his guests to interact
with some very interesting, likeable, colorful characters!
Encourage the kids to come in costume; it'll add even more to the fun!
The Wizard Almodarr and Lady Angelique will bring a touch of magical merriment into your home!
These themed performances run approximately
an hour, and
are followed by balloon sculpture
and face painting (or temporary tattoos). About one hour is required to
set up, and 30 minutes
for take-down. Goody-bags
and balloon bouquets are also available, for an extra
charge.
Character-themed parties start at $295 plus mileage of 60 cents per round-trip
mile from East Waterboro, ME.
